We respect our customers and seek to be transparent in all transactions. This refund policy states the conditions under which refunds will be issued.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in certain circumstances, which are discussed below. Completed works and initiated or partially completed services, by the nature of digital services, do not qualify for a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
a. Website Design Services
- If the project has not yet been initiated, a full refund is available upon request within 48 hours of payment.
- If initial concepts have been shared, but the full design process has not commenced, a 50% refund may be granted.
- No refund will be issued once the final design has been approved and delivered.
b. Social Media Post Creation
- If the client cancels within 24 hours of placing the order and no content has been created, a full refund may be granted.
- Once work has begun, only a partial refund (up to 50%) may be provided based on the progress made.
- No refunds will be issued after completed posts have been delivered.
c. Ad Management Services
- If ad campaign setup has not commenced, a full refund is available.
- If the campaign is in progress but has not yet been launched, a partial refund may be considered.
- No refunds will be issued for running or completed ad campaigns, as ad spend is non-refundable.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must:

- Provide relevant transaction details and project references.
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund request to be reviewed and processed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Website audit services
- Custom development and integrations once coding has started.
- Completed and delivered digital assets.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with a service, WebSom Digital Services will work towards a resolution before considering a refund. Clients are encouraged to communicate their concerns promptly to find an amicable solution.

WebSom Digital Services reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website.
